Frank Giordano Jr. - Managing Partner
Frank P. Giordano, Jr., CPA is a shareholder of Judelson, Giordano & Siegel, CPA, PC and has been with the firm since 1969. In 1985, he became Managing Partner of the firm, a position he holds today.
Frank's extensive experience in accounting and tax services combined with his solid business skills and progressive, forward thinking enables him to both anticipate and identify key operational and financial problems and offer creative solutions.
Frank has built a reputation for being an excellent negotiator which has led to his specialization in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring & turn around of troubled companies, reorganizations and refinancing. In this capacity, on behalf of firm clients, he has led negotiations with large publicly traded international corporations, unions, and innumerable buyers and sellers of closely held businesses. He prides himself on bringing business people together when opportunities arise and has networked with a broad array of bankers, venture capitalists, attorneys, insurance and real estate professionals to "make the deal" where others cannot.
Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree from Rider College. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Frank has devoted time to various youth, civic and religious organizations throughout his career.
Bill Siegel
William B. Siegel, CPA is a shareholder of Judelson, Giordano & Siegel, CPA, PC and has been with the firm since 1971.
Bill has spent his entire career at Judelson, Giordano & Siegel, CPA, PC. His long term commitment to constantly enhancing his tax accounting and management knowledge enables him to provide the most up to date information to best serve his clients. His extensive experience in corporate and individual income taxation, estate planning, business succession planning, litigation support and management consulting services coupled with his desire to always work closely with his clients has earned him a reputation for being a long-term "hands-on" trusted financial advisor.
Bill has served with many community organizations including more than 20 years with the Middletown Little League and more than 12 years with the Middletown Jaycees. Bill has also served with the Kiwanis since 1985. He is active in local politics and has served as the treasurer of several countywide and local campaigns. He is currently Vice-Chairman of the Middletown Parks and Recreation Commission and a member of several committees at Temple Sinai.
Bill received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baruch College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Bonnie Orr
Bonnie J. Orr, CPA, is a shareholder of Judelson, Giordano & Siegel, CPA, PC. Bonnie began her career in public accounting in 1981.
In addition to providing tax and accounting advice to a wide range of closely held businesses, Bonnie specializes in the area of estates and trusts.
Bonnie works closely with clients and their attorneys, providing estate and personal tax planning strategies to maximize the transfer of wealth to future generations, and provide for a long and comfortable retirement without losing sight of a client's current financial needs.
Bonnie has worked extensively in the complex areas of the generation skipping tax, living trusts, life insurance trusts, personal residence trusts, charitable remainder trusts, special needs trusts and family limited partnerships.
Bonnie currently serves as an officer and board member of several local charities. She is also a past president of the Hudson Valley Estate Planning Council.
Bonnie received her Bachelor of Science degree from LeMoyne College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Gary Cassiello
Gary Cassiello, CPA, ABV (Accredited in Business Valuations), CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics) is a shareholder of Judelson, Giordano & Siegel, CPA, PC and has been with the firm since 1987.
Gary brings to the clients of Judelson, Giordano & Siegel, CPA, PC his experience with a "Big 4" accounting firm and an extensive and diverse background in both closely held and publicly traded manufacturing, wholesaling, distributorship, construction / development and retail businesses.
Gary services a wide variety of closely held companies where he focuses on providing the tax planning and business advisory services businesses depend on for growth and survival. Gary heads up the firm's audit practices and litigation support and specializes in business valuations of closely held companies. He also is in charge of the forensic accounting services. He is accredited by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants to perform business valuations and has experience in many industries.
A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Fordham University, Gary is a past president of the Hudson Valley Chapter of the New York State Society of CPA's, as well as a member of several community organizations
Frank Giordano III
Frank Giordano III, CPA is a shareholder of Judelson, Giordano & Siegel, CPA, PC and has been with the firm since 1991.
Frank is an expert in management advisory services and information technology. He has assisted new clients and startup businesses in implementing complete accounting packages including both hardware and software. He has also helped existing clients to upgrade to new and more sophisticated accounting programs. Frank has become an outsourced controller when there have been important changes in personnel to retrain new employees and keep the accounting department functioning without interruption.
Frank’s accounting niche is Anheuser-Busch and other distributors. He has also advised manufacturers, wholesalers and professional service providers.
Frank received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and finance from Pace University. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Jason Giordano
Jason T. Giordano, CPA, MST, is a shareholder of Judelson, Giordano & Siegel, CPA, PC, and has been with the firm since 1997.
Jason joined Judelson, Giordano & Siegel, CPA, PC from a “Big 4” accounting firm to focus on all aspects of tax accounting. As a tax specialist, he provides strategy, tax planning, compliance, tax return preparation, and representation for companies in industries ranging from the medical field to construction, and even represents celebrity accounts.
Committed to delivering the highest professional level of advice and service, Jason’s broad experience includes the ability to implement systems to meet any user and enterprise need.
Jason has been a member of the Goshen Rotary Club since 1999 and currently sits on the Board of Directors.
Jason holds a Masters of Science in Taxation, with Honors, from Washington School of Law, and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bentley College with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting. He is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he sits on the Board of Directors of the Mid-Hudson Chapter of the New York State CPA Society.
